RideSearch AI is an automotive conversational platform that connects real car shoppers with dealerships through AI-driven messaging and intelligent automation. The Service may include lead management, data integration, and customer communication tools.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RideSearch AI. By using the Service on behalf of a dealership, company, or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.
Access to dealer integrations or administrative tools may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any actions taken under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our platform.
Your use of RideSearch AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to the data practices outlined therein.
All content, software, AI systems, and branding on RideSearch AI are the exclusive property of Motovizion Inc. and protected under copyright, trademark, and IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
When integrating dealership inventory feeds or CRM systems, you authorize RideSearch AI to access, process, and transmit data necessary for the operation of our platform. All integrations are handled in compliance with OEM and DMS security standards.
While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates to improve system performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motovizion Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RideSearch AI, including data loss, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or other misuse. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Placer County, CA.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
